Cable television with 70 channels is included in the monthly leasing fee. Plenty of closet and cabinet space is provided, and extra storage is available onsite for seasonal items. Laundry facilities are provided on each floor for convenient personal use.

We're very happy to have beautiful views of nature from all sides of our property. The rolling wooded hillsides give a rural feel even though we are conveniently located in Osage Beach. The communal areas all have large windows looking out over a large back lawn bordered by tall trees. Beyond the wooded hillside, you get a glimpse of beautiful manicured greens of the Tan-Tar-A golf course.
